Last night, we checked out the Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo. It was very impressive!
They had millions of Christmas lights strung around the zoo along with a light display that blinked in time with Christmas songs (see movie below). Some of the animals were still in the cages, so we also got to walk around the zoo and try to figure out which animal was which in the dark. It was an eerie feeling to look into a dark cage, trying to determine if there was an animal in there or not, only to realize that a big bobcat is staring you right in the face. Although it took us an hour to get there in the terrible traffic (it's only a couple of miles away) and we were overwhelmed by the number of strollers, we really had a fun night.
